Loronz Marion is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Marcus "Sonk" Antelante, a co-founder of The Grappling Institute, and a decorated competitor based in Dallas, Texas. A multiple-time IBJJF Masters World Champion, Loronz is known for his sharp technique, relentless mindset, and leadership both on and off the mats.

He graduated from the University of Chicago and has gone on to excel in the corporate world, bringing the same discipline and drive that made him a champion in jiu-jitsu. A proud father of three daughters, Loronz believes that true success is measured not just by medals, but by the ability to lead in every aspect of life, in competition, in family, and in career.

Steffen Banta is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under coach João Gabriel Rocha, Co-Founder of The Grappling Institute, and a prominent competitor representing Team Alliance on the global circuit. 

Steffen is also an Honor Graduate at Southern Methodist University.
