Loronz Marion is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Marcus "Sonk" Antelante, co-founder of The Grappling Institute, and a decorated competitor based in Dallas, Texas. A multiple-time IBJJF World Champion at the colored belt levels and a consistent podium finisher at black belt, Loronz is recognized for his sharp technique, relentless mindset, and commitment to developing high-level athletes in Dallas Jiu-Jitsu. As a coach, Loronz trains grapplers and professional MMA fighters competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, successfully developing athletes across all levels. He has guided both adult and masters competitors to major tournament championships, including the World Championships and Pan Ams, and has promoted students through the ranks to brown belt. Under his leadership at The Grappling Institute, he has earned multiple team trophies at grappling competitions, reflecting both individual success and a strong, unified team culture. Beyond competition, Loronz is a dedicated "Girl Dad" and brings a family-first mindset into the academy. He believes a great gym is built on discipline, respect, and community, helping students grow not only as athletes but as confident leaders in life.

Steffen Banta is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under coach João Gabriel Rocha, Co-Founder of The Grappling Institute, and a prominent competitor representing Team Alliance on the global circuit. Based in Dallas, Jiu-Jitsu enthusiasts recognize Steffen not only as an Honor Graduate from Southern Methodist University but also as a formidable athlete with an impressive record: 5x IBJJF NoGi World Champion, 2x IBJJF Gi World Champion, 2x UAEJJF Grand Slam Champion, Skilled Violence Grand Prix Champion, 2x IBJJF Pan American Gi Champion, 3x IBJJF NoGi Pan American Champion, 2x IBJJF European Champion, and 6x IBJJF National Champion.
